Terms and Conditions
Definitions
"PhotoWay photography" can be referred to as "I", "me" or "photographer". 'The client' is the party (individual or organization) for which the photoshoot is arranged.
Deposit
A deposit of €50 euros is required to make a booking at an available date and time slot that the client desires. A timeslot cannot be reserved before the deposit is received.
Payment
After a basic post-processing the client will receive a link to a gallery that will be available for a limited time. The remaining amount must be paid on that stage in order to continue with further post-processing. Further post-processing will be only initiated after the remaining payment is received.
Travel Costs
Any travel costs outside Amsterdam will be added to the final price.
Meal
For any assignment that lasts 6 hours or longer, a meal has to be provided to the photographer. If there is no such possibility the client agrees that the photographer can pause the photoshoot to purchase and consume a meal or snack. These expenses have to be covered by the client.
Payment

Editing
The photographer edits the photos according to her own representative style and method. PhotoWay reserves the right to skip any photos that do not represent the portfolio and the individual style of the photographer. Any unedited RAW images will not be provided. Delivered photographs may not include all the images captured during the photoshoot.
Featuring and promotion
The client gives PhotoWay the right to feature the photographs in marketing and promotional campaigns. Images can be edited, cropped or combined with visuals and text descriptions. If the client wishes to not have the images featured, it must be communicated in advance and may alter the final price of the offer.
Copyright
Copyright of all the photographs taken during the photoshoot remain with the photographer. For any third-party besides the client and the photographer it is illegal to copy, scan, feature or reproduce the photos in any media, both online or offline, without a written permission from the photographer. Legal action will be taken in case of any violations.
Watermarks
No watermarks will be added to the final images that will be delivered. The client is requested to give credit to the photographer when using the photos on social media.
Failure to Perform
Due to the abstract nature of a photoshoot, the client and the photographer agree to strive to achieve the best results in a respectful manner. The photographer cannot be held responsible for the lack of coverage due to scheduling complications, delays from the client side or venue rules and restrictions. The photographer is not responsible for lost photo opportunities caused by other individuals that are present at the location of the photoshoot, other camera flashes, client's delays and other issues. The client or other key individual must identify any specific individual, event or any other detail that must be covered during the photoshoot. The photographer is not responsible for any missed opportunities if these details are not revealed or due to lack or cooperation.
