Frequently Asked Questions

Booking policies:

  • In order to book a photoshoot, please contact me via phone or email, WatsApp or any other social network mentioned on the website. Please check the "contact-me" page for more info.

  • It is up to the client to decide whether the photos should or should not be featured.

  • When you make a booking, a deposit of €50 is required and will be deducted from the final amount. For now only bank transfer is available as a payment method. Soon more payment methods will be added.

  • Any travel costs outside Amsterdam will be added to the final price.

Delivery policies:

  • Of course you can choose your favourite photos. At the end of the photoshoot, we can go through the images together and you will have an opportunity to point out the ones you would really like to receive.During post-processing, you will also receive a link to a gallery, where the potential final photos will be included. In this gallery you will be able to make more choices and/or eliminate any unwanted photos.

  • The amount of photos you will receive, will be discussed prior to the photoshoot.

  • You can definitely buy more photos for an additional fee that will be agreed upon.

  • Unedited photos do not represent my work and will not be delivered.

  • Depending on the project type and number of photos, the post-processing will last anywhere between 7-14 days. For more customized projects it can last a bit longer. If you would like to receive your photos sooner, it is possible for an additional fee and can be discussed before, during or after the photoshoot.

  • I work with a few printing labs and you can always choose to print your photos. The price is determined by the third-party lab and will be communicated accordingly.

Photoshoot:

  • I work with several professionals. If there are special requirements to your project, please communicate at least 14 days in advance. It is recommended to book such projects a month in advance to make sure there are available spots in their schedules.

  • Prior to the photoshoot we will have a discussion where you will receive some guidance and tips regarding clothing among others.

  • I always have a discussion with my clients before the photoshoot and give any necessary tips, recommendations or guidance. It is useful for me to describe anything you would like the result to be associated with in five words

Cancellation & Change policies:

  • For an outdoor photoshoot, in case the weather is unsuitable for the photoshoot, we will reschedule to a closed available spot.

  • I kindly ask you to be on time and in case of an uncommunicated delay, the time will be deducted from the duration of the photoshoot. In case you do not show up for the appointment, any deposits will not be refunded.

  • This will depend on a project. For a personal photoshoot. Any cancellation or rescheduling must be communicated at least 72 hours in advance or any deposits will not be refunded.In case any arrangements with make-up artists or more third-party specialists have been made, please communicate any changes as soon as possible.
